It’s really amazing and is something I think about often, but it feels like there is this fluidity and recycling process that occurs on micro and macroscopic scales throughout the universe. It’s not a bold thought by any stretch but its just something that I keep in my mind. The universe has attained still a massive amount of visible matter over the course of 14 billion years. The exploding of stars and collapsing of gas clouds is recyclical and this process has continued this whole time. There will be a time when this ceases to exist but we are talking a long time from now…And even the way air behaves on Earth recycles perfecly. Warm air rises and cold air, being more dense, falls to the ground. Once it reaches there, it will eventually heat up from the surface of the Earth again, and rise. Pressure also behaves in a fluid way. The motion of winds in response to low and high pressure regions are also fluid. These natural motions perhaps helped create the oceans. I know there are many more examples of this fluidity but to me that is beauty. These motions that occur, naturally…something worth keeping in mind.
